Yes and no. You can use the sticks but Vista 32 bit will only use 3 to 3.5 gigs no matter what.

If you have a 512MB video card, you'll see around 3.25 GB If your using SLI w/512MB, you'll see around 2.75GB.

In Vista 32, I had a 768 meg vid card and saw 3.5 gig of usable ram with 4.0 installed. (8800 gtx)

I think it may be mroe complicated then how big the memory on your vid card is.

With Vista 64 I use it all now.
