RAM OC problems

Last week I OC'd my Q6600, and it seemed to run fine. I lowered the voltage on the CPU while upping the settings on the RAM just a bit. I got a BSOD after this due to my RAM. I put everything back the way it was (default settings) and after several hours of use I got another BSOD for the same reason. I ran memtest and I immediately got several errors. I rebooted and ran memtest again and I got no errors for 7 hours, about 30mins later I got one error. I have 4 sticks of 1gb Crucial Ballistix RAM, 2 sticks that I bought In August 07, and 2 that I bought two months ago. The newer two are slightly different from the others, although they are the same model number. I suspect these to be the problem, but does anyone know how to fix this? or is my RAM dying?
