I would like to boost up to a northwood 3GHZ running at 800mhz bus. What ram would be a good choice? I want to dual channel, is it worth the money to go past DDR400 ram? Which brands can be pushed the best? I would like to spend around 140 for 2 256 chips, but if there is a good reason to spend more.....
