Ram and Cpu-z?

how accurate is cpu-z in identifying ram thats installed in your mobo? about 14 months ago i bought OCZ 512MB (2x256) PC-2700 Dual EL-DDR Kit. i just downloaded cpu-z today just for fun, and i it listed my ram as :

SAMSUNG DDR-SDRAM PC3200 256MB
133.8mhz, 2, 2, 2, 6.

these are installed on my a7n8x-dlx with 2100+. i dont know if i should contact the store in which i bought these from or not...
 
hrmm.. im not too sure, but maybe they are renamed samsung chips
 
CPU-Z reads from the memory's SPD, so you probably have Sammy chips. I didn't know samsung had 2-2-2-6 chips though.

thats what i was thinking too, maybe it can do 2-2-2-6 because its only running at 133mhz?
