I've raised my Epox 8rda's Vdd from 1.6 to 1.8, but the chipset is only using its stock radiator (both northbridge and southbridge). Would i have to get a chipset cooler? And how do I check what the temperatures are for the chipset? I use Unified System Diagnostic Manager to do temp readings, and the only temps shown are CPU and System. Finally, can I use arctic silver 5 between the chipset and the stock radiator?

It wouldnt hurt to use a better north bridge cooler. There is a real nice swiftech one that performs awesome. You can use AS5 or nanotherm or what ever you have on hand. As always though be careful.
