I have no idea how to raid so im a noob when it comes to this but, Is it possible to raid more than 2 Western Digital Raptor drives?
 
In a nutshell... Yes

You would need a card that supports RAID-5/ Extended RAID-0/ etc..
3Ware comes to mind.

**eidt** I'd throw some links at you but I think Czar gets mad when whe he doesn't get to copy/paste his giant collection of RAID links :D
