RAID5 - drive buffer size

I have 6 Western Digital WD5001ABYS drives in RAID5. I have one that died and need to replace. The drives have a 16MB buffer. If I get a new drive that has a 32MB buffer will that create a problem? I was looking at WDBAAY5000ENC.
