What does everyone recommend? 16KB/32KB/64KB/128KB?

Intel's RAID software recommends 128KB, however what do you gamers recommend?
 
I think most people tend to have the most success with 32k. However, if you have the time and patience, the best thing to do is try out several different sizes and see what works best for you.
 
From what I read, it depends.

If you consistently work with very large files (say, movie files), then a larger stripe size is more beneficial.

But I agree that 32 is about right for the average user.
