2 x 40 GB 7200 RPM 2MB

1 x 80 GB 7200 RPM Drive 8 MB Cache

Which of these would be more benefiital for loading games/apps and such? Would I be better off buying just buying another 80 GB and running RAID that way? I'd like to keep the other 80 GB just for storage on another computer.
