I have a Webserver that currently configured as follows:

Drive 0: 9gb SCSI HotSwap - Volume C
Drive1 : 9gb SCSI HotSwap (Windows 2000 Mirroring to Drive 2) - Volume E
Drive 2: 9gb SCSI HotSwap (Windows 2000 Mirror of Drive 1) - Volume E
Drive 3: 18gb SCSI HotSwap - Volume H

These show up as 4 separate drives in W2K Server Drive Management.

Can I come up with the following configuration:
Volume C: (Drive 0, Drive 1, Drive 2 - Striped Raid)
Volume H: (Drive 3 - Non raid)

Any Ideas on how to get to this point without rebuilding the server?

The server is an Acer Altos 1100e with the Adaptec Dual Channel Ultra2
SCSI PCI controller use by five hot-swap 3.5" bays using Tray
Management System.

quick question. .I'm assuming that the scsi controller is actually the adaptec 2channel scsi raid controller and not just a scsi controller because if it is then the answer is its not gonna happen raid 5 requires a raid controller..what model adaptec are you using

Just on the assumption that the card is a raid 5 capable card then the answer is NO you cant bring those 3 drives togeather in a nice easy flip of the switch and have them be raid 5.

You need to back up the data on the drives and then configure your raid array and then do a restore.

Sorry
