RAID 5 with different model HDD

I'm soon getting a Lian Li ex-50b which I believe is hardware based Raid 5 with Jmicron JM939.

I'm going to be combining Samsung 204UI 2tb drives and WD20EARS 2tb drives.
Both models are 5400rpm, but the EARS has 64mb cache vs 32mb for 204ui.

Will there be any problem using these 2 models in Raid 5, and are the harddrives going to detoriate faster because different models?

No. I run 12 to 15 raid arrays at work and at times I have had to replace drives with different or larger models. This may effect performance slightly but does not seem to change the expected 1% to 7% annual failure rate that SATA drives currently have.
