So I'm thinking about hopping on a new silverstone case because well.... I've been using the same aluminum chassis since my PII. It was really hard to decide between a zalman gt1000 and the TJ-09. Anyway, to the point... I'm wanting to add a 2x rad and a 1x within the case, but of course this takes up the intakes. I'm planning on covering the cpu, gpu, and chipset with aqua.... is there anything I should do for extra intake since I'll be using and abusing the standard entrance only holes? This is my first water system, and I'm not sure what would be standard procedure for this type of situation if there's anything to do at all...
 
That's not a very good idea (using the case vents for your rads). If you think about it, both rads can't be exhaust nor can both be intakes because then their fans will just work against each other. And if you make one exhause and the other intake, then all the heat from the intake rad plus all the heat from the mobo, HDDs, etc, will go through the exhaust rad. That kind of puts all the heat back into the loop again.

That's why people either drill new holes for the rads or externally mount them.
