Radio cards?

Hey guys.......by any chance do they make a pci type card that can hook up to an antenna and recieve local radio staions then put it out the computer speakers?

why not just use internet radio.. ie www.shoutcast.com ?

Yes, FM Tuners exist. They can be separate or they can be built into a tv-tuner. I know the TV2000XP by Winfast can do FM.

I listen to shoutcast all the time, but sometimes I do to wish i had local FM radio on the pc so i can listen to the local talk morning shows........

I mean yeah i can get an alarm clock or a little radio but those usually sound like crap. The speakers on my pc here at work are much better than those cheap radios.

Found some here under 40 bucks ain't bad but I bet if you found one that was just a Fm tuner it would be cheaper. I wouldn't be able to watch TV from work......even though........that would be nice. I found some on google that were just a FM tuner no tv tuner but they were all in russian. Do these cards use the coax cable connection for the antennae?

i bought a radio tuner a long long time ago and the antenna couldn't even pick up a channel in my room. i think the connector was rca-type and the actual antenna was a wire that was split at the end.
