Radiator Fans - push/pull & CFM

Question for those that have first hand experience with push/pull fan configurations on their radiators:

For a 2x120mm radiator, in your opinion, would 4x120mm "quiet" fans blowing 40 - 50cfm be nearly as effective as 2x120mm fans blowing 80+cfm?

Is a push/pull setup (fans on each side of rad) definitively better than fans on just one side?

I'd recommend two yate loons on each side of the radiator... Run them at 7v rather than 12 or something.

Way quieter, and all the oomph. Actually, a bit MORE oomph in my opinion.

I had to do this to get my 8800GTS and Dually Conroe on a single double radiator!

The fan size, configuration. shroud/no shroud, push/pull doesn't matter. All that matters is how much air is going through the fins.
