radiator fan config

going to be getting some of those corsair fans when they are available for purchase. was just wondering if it would be best to have a static pressure fan on both sides of a radiator or to have static pressure on the push side and high air flow on the pull side?

You're pushing and pulling air through a restriction, you want static pressure.
