Radeon 9k Pro help needed

I have a AthlonXP 1500+ with a gig of pc2100.
I am running WindowsXP Pro, fully patched.

I have a radeon 9000 pro, 128 meg version.

My TV out works fine except for videos. I am trying to watch some videos on my TV and can't do it. While the video looks fine on the monitor, the TV version is just black.

Sound plays but not one bit of video os shown.
Is there a way to fix this?
