I just got a Radeon 9800 Pro today and I have a few questions.

1) How do I turn on AA/AF?

2) Why do I have a "primary" and "secondary" 9800 Pro in my device manager? Why does it say my "secondary" is PCI?

Go to ati control panel and go to the 3d tab

Check use custom settings and thecn click custom below it then customize settings
 
Thanks. I also am wondering why every time I boot up it tells me to disable the hookup of a TV display, but when I look, only the CRT hookup is enabled. How do I get it to stop telling me this?

All you have to do is uncheck the box at the bottom saying, "start this everytime you startup"........ or something like that. It sort of annoys me as well because whenever I change my drivers for my 9600 XT, it does the same thing the first time I reboot.
