Hi all,
I got a new computer. I am using Asus P4C800 - E deluxe motherboard and Ati Radeon 9800 Pro video card. I went to the ATI display tab to see my AGP speed and my AGP speed is off. Whenever I try to set the AGP speed to 8x after rebooting my computer nothing happens. My AGP speed is off now. I don't know how to set my AGP speed to 8x. I installed the latest ATI driver. Please help me . Thanks.

Intel P4 - 3.4 GHz
Asus P4C800 -E Deluxe motherboard
1GB of PC3200 Ram
ATI Radeon 9800 pro video card.
 
recheck your BIOS settings, or maybe try putting the card on a seperate power channel than hard drives and cdroms...I had a problem like that and I found it had to use its own power channel or it was sucking too much juice.
