Rad top or bottom?

So I have a Tt Armor, and I've been struggling with a BIP II placement. No I don't want to place it in the drive bays. Top mount is hard with the current PSU setup. I have an idea about re-mounting the PSU, but before I start cutting sheet metal, I figure I'd better ask those that run rad's a little different.

How does running a rad on the bottom of a case ( given sufficient airflow ) make a diffenrence? ( ie.. air flow is pushed out the bottom of the case. ) I was thinking about building a base/foot for my case that will allow for good air flow. 1 BIP II/BIP II GT with 2 Yate Loons on the bottom of the case pushing out.

I'm going to raise the case's foot height, but not by much. Maybe 3 inches or so. I was thinking that it might be a better idea than really trying to h4x0r a top mount BIP II. ( especially easier to hide g00fs )

Thoughts?
 
Yes, it's possible if you have the room in the floor...but it turns your case into a vacuum cleaner :D I wouldn't do it if you have pets or a wife that sheds a lot.
