Rack mount LCD question

I am looking for a rack mount LCD panel 15" and would rather have a 5U or 6U fixed panel rather than one of those pull out & fold up models. Does anyone know if there are kits out there to convert an LCD to this type of setup, before I go and make one myself? I cant justify the cost of the all-in-one solutions out there (cheapest I saw was about $800) considering I can build something nice for basically just my time, and the cost of a 15" LCD (sub $200).

Anyone have any suggestions? Done plenty of searching on the net, and even on ebay, and couldnt find anything like what I want.
