Which Nvidia 6800 GTs use the 1.6 ns RAM instead of the 2.0 ns memory ?
Also, does the ATI x800 PRO use the 1.6 ns memory?

I think you have it reversed. The Ultra is 1.6 and the GT is 2.0ns and as well as the Pro and XT respectively (I think  )
Remember, when it comes to latency and responce time, lower is better :p

I was hoping you would say "when it comes to latency and responce time, higher is better."
However, no GTs use the 1.6 NS memory? What about the Gainward Golden Sample? And the x800s (Pros and XTs) don't use the 1.6 NS memory either?
