Quick upgrade question (raptor)

Just purchased a AHFD 150GB Raptor. This is my first HD upgrade. Is there anything extra that is needed to download or purchase. I am assuming that when I get it I can just use the same cable as my current HD (WD 1600JS), and just plunk it in and install windows after I remove current HD.

Thanks. Reason I asked is that I dont know the difference between SATA and IDE. I know my current HD is a SATA 150 but when I looked in the device manager I saw all kinds of IDE ports so it got me worried. Also was not sure if the cables would be compatible. I sure I will just junk my 1600js. Its speed I am after, not really space a(150 is plenty for me)
