Quick question regarding connectors

I know nothing about these, but I understand that the connector has to fit in my computer (obviously). I have a very old, outdated computer so I'm going to assume it has the old 20 pin instead of what i understand to be the newer 24 pin.

So question: does "Main Connector 20+4-Pin" mean it will work in a 20 pin and a 24 pin or just a 24 pin? Just don't want to toss my money into thing without being sure.

This is the product if there's more to it I don't know of: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103012

Thanks!

*edit* my computer too (I have upgraded memory and have a 6800 GS 4x/8x AGP coming in the mail so that's what I will be running on)
