my first question is on my pump

http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=178&cat=23&page=1

now i think danger den jipped me because all i got was the pump no adapters or anything came with it like they said it would on there web site, now i dont wanna take any chances i want my pump to run at full power all the time. now do i plug the 3 pin fan connector in the cpu fan slot or, can i plug it into one of the slots on my 6 channel zalman zw-mfc1 fan controller and just keep it turned on full power all the time
or option number 3, i have created an adapter for some of my fans to plug the 3 pin connector to a 4 pin molex from my power supply that keeps a full 12vlts on it all the time

which way should i go?

and also about the filling and bleeding of my system, jus wondering how to go about doing it
right now i plan on putting some fluid in and maybe blowing it thru the loop a ways then fill my reservior up and just turn the pump on (using a 9vlt battery) periodicly until i get fluid in the entire loop with no air bubbles and 24 hour leak test it after that??

thanks for the help here from everyone for the past couple weeks of helping me set everything up

I just got some of the pumps you have linked and they came with no fittings, called them up and a lady is shipping them to me today. Guess there QC or packing dept needs help at dangerden.

I had mine pluged into the motherboard and the damn thing kept throtteling my my pump even when i set the bios to put the fan at 100% at the lowest temp ( 25c in my bios) it was still cutting the pump back.

I used a the 4pin molex to 3 pin adapter.

If you have an ATX PSU uplug everything from it , bridge the green wire with any black wire to start the PSU and then only connect the pump to it. Hell you can even use a paperclip if your in a pinch. but this action may void the psu warranty and never connect the green to another color, always black or something bad will happen.

Finding good help seems to be a common problem as AC has the same problems on and off.

yea dangerden forget part of my order too wtf is up with them

where did u get ur 3 pin to molex adapter, they didnt send one with my pump ill have to make one

as for filling and bleeding can someone help with the proper procedure, i know its not good to let the pump run with no fluid in it but what do you do just turn it on and fill it up as best you can or what?

I would go work for the guys at AC but i don't think they could afford me :( or live with my bad spelling and limited understanding of dutch, but it would be fun.

You can use any 3 pin to molex connector. I just used some that came with some fans i ordered a bit ago. I keep a box of all the wire and adapter odds n ends , you never know when you will need one.
here is one from newegg, but you can buy them and where, the ones i have are just pass through molex with the wires coming out of it

And here are the ones i am using

as for filling, the pump can run semi dry for a time. the only thing bad is heat if the pump feals hot at all turn it off and let it cool.

I filled up my loop again a few days ago, just keep adding coolent and keep the pump running , its only going to take 15 minutes max. no real harm will come in that time.
