Quick overclocking question.

I have a 933 Pentiom 3 procesor with a 133 fsb, and i have been wanting to overclock it to a 1.0, would this be posible without having to add on any extra fans or any sort of cooling gel?

also, i have never overclocked and i would like to learn, would any one kow of any sites with user friendly instructions on how to do so?

it is possible...

P3 runs quite cool in fact... last time i lapped my stock HFS and put in arctic alumina before my OC... temps are about 3-4C lower
