i tinkered around wihtmy computer; ram and video card to be exact, but soon after, when i turn on the computer, all the optical drives adn harddrives are spinning, but computer doesnt seem to boot, and all the fans directly connected to the moniter are spinning at liek half the normal speed. the fan inside the power supply isint even spinning at all. i tried taking out the ram and video cards, putting in the old ones.. nothing seemed to have helped. any ideas?

i changed teh stick of ram and changed video cards, after the problem i put back the ones i had before, also reset cmos too. =[
