Installing one of these in my system and am wondering if I have to use the provided backplate. I don't want to remove the mobo if I don't have to :( This is going in a s775 system with a Thermalright backplate from a TRUE.

If the screws are a different thread , can I just go to the hardware store and get some screws with the same thread as the Thermalright and the same length as the ones that came with the H50?
