Uh..a pump, a radiator, some fans and tubing...........

If i misinterpreted your question, yes, ran sinks too, and something to attach them with. The thermal tape ram sinks come with is no the best way to attach them. A little AS5 with some super glue mixed in, or just a spot of super glue on the corners.
