One of my sites is currently being hosted through a local business in town. I worked out an agreement with him saying that after this next month of service I am switching hosting companies. He was very reluctant but once we agreed upon the payment he had no choice. My question is, does he technically still own the domain? He registered it when I purchased the hosting package. What do I need to do to get the domain in my posession? In the next few weeks I'll be needing to point it to another name server and I'm not sure how I will go about doing so?
