In the link above which ones do I want? They we will be going in the Swiftech Kit so 5/8" tubbing and I want to mount 1 side of both connects into my external case. Reason I ask is I see straight thru, panel mount, NPT, shutoff, etc and I don't know what most of these are because I'm not really to familair with plumbing. So which 2 do I need. Im thinking 2 shutoffs barbs at 1/2" but I wanna make sure.

Might be a bit off topic:

are these the 'push-fit' connectors that I've been reading about? How do you know eactly what threading you would need? (I have an apoggee and a maze4 water block if that helps).
 
I bought a few of these awhile ago for when I thought external water cooling would be great. They work well, but they restrict flow quite a bit. You can't see from those pics, but the hole inside the disconnect fitting is pretty small, so try to keep your tubing length short or be sure to have a pretty good pump. If your tubing is 5/8", that mostly likely means that you have 1/2" ID tubing, so 1/2" will work. If not, US plastics has a good return policy, so you could return them if you got the wrong size and just have to pay for shipping them back.
 
If he has the newer swiftech kit with the apogee block the tubing is 7/16 ID, not 1/2 ID...and yes it is 5/8 OD
