Don't like OCZ PSUs (quality control issues sometimes), but with the SSD if you can get it under $700 I'd say it's an okay deal.
 
did you end up picking up the deal, you can find cpu mobo and ram combos of the i7's or i5's on ebay for not bad prices even try craigslist
 
overpriced by a lot for an eh rig. keep checking CL and be patient. Ignore all the idiots who think they are going to get 1200 for their "custom built gaming pc" with a dual core and 9500gt lol. Eventually you'll find someone who knows their stuff and get a good deal.
