is the antec aria the only micro-atx cube case? and are there sffs with the same amount of upgradeability as the aria?
 
Kinda a loaded question, but yes, there are several m-ATX alternatives for SFF, but the Aria has the most room for it's profile. It really depends on what or where you are looking to place this and what components you plan on placing within the box. Need more details please. :)

i just want to know if there is an sff i can buy and mayb later i can upgrade the mobo and cpu. or am i stuck with the mobo the case comes with?
 
Well, the Aria can accept any m-ATX motherboard, and there are several case manufacturers that produce m-ATX compatible cases. But, if you want a Shuttle or another barebones box that comes pre-configured with motherboard, then you are usually stuck with that unless you are lucky enough to find someone parting out their Shuttle box. Even then, you are a bit limited as the case and motherboards for Shuttle are now changing due to Intel's BTX form factor.

So, You can find a m-ATX case and choose your own motherboard, or buy a pre-config box which you are more likely to be stuck with the motherboard it comes with.
