questions on new dell 8400 pse

1) Anyone know how many watts are on the new dell 8400?
2) Is it a standard ATX psu that I can swap a retail antec psu for it instead?
3) Are dell branded psu quality psu's?

I think all the newer Dell PSUs are ATX12V
and that PCP&C has the contract to supply them
of course thats not the same as a PCP&C Turbo Cool
what they might be rated at and amps per rail,
could be listed on the lable
