Ok just got my Fan Master fan controller and was curious at what tempurature I should put my warning alarm at?
For..

CPU
HardDrive
Case
PowerSupply

If you need my specs they are...

Intel Pentium 4 2.4GHz
40Gig harddrive
1gig of ram
Abit BH7 motherboard
350W power supply
 
Can someone please help me figure out which tempurature I should put my warming alarm at for my cpu and power supply please?
 
The following is my own personal opinion.


CPU: 65*c

HardDrive: 50*c

Case: does it matter?

PowerSupply: again, if the fans are working in it, does it matter?

Where'd you get this magic "limit for a cpu" number from?
Because the original t-bird often idled at above 55, and IIRC all modern CPUs will shut themselves off @ around 70 or slow down to save themselves.
