Okay I have:

Antec Super Lanboy Case
Two 120mm antec fans
Abit AI7 mobo
3.0E proc oced to 3300 mhz
antec 350w smart blue psu

i cannot run the stress test, the heatsink sucks, what should i buy for my new heatsink for my cpu...

and what is PWM ??? why does it overheat in games... my cpu doesnt get above 45 usually
 
From Abit site and my thread

"PWM" is a circuit on mainboards to convert the voltage level from power supply unit to provide specific voltage to components (ex. Provide CPU with core voltage). We know that CPU could be the hottest component inside a PC system, and we always care about the heat dissipation of it. Actually, the PWM circuit is quite hot too; especially when CPU is at full loading, large current passes through the PWM circuit and was converted to necessary CPU core voltage. Some ABIT boards show "PWM temperature" on BIOS setup page and Windows hardware monitoring tool. This provides users possible hottest temperature inside the PC chassis, and check whether the air conditioning inside the chassis needs to be enhanced or not. When CPU works heavily, the CPU temperature could be around 60 degree C; nevertheless, the PWM temperature may achieve 70 degree C or even higher; depends on the design of thermal convection. The safety limit of the PWM temperature is about 120 degree C, however, we strongly recommend improving the air flow and heat dissipation inside the PC chassis once it rises to 100 degree C.
 
make sure you "Fix AGP/PCI" lock,

should be set to 66.33mhz

its been a while since ive been in an Abit bios, but just find it and set it to fixed or 66.33 or 66/33

I would go with a ThermalRight.... Then again, I just bought one, so that kinda says it there. I got my hands on a SLK947U for $20 through SVC.com. Strap a 92mm fan to it and go to town.
 
thermalright sp94 if you want to stay with aircooling. i dont think overheating is your problem. what are your complete system specs, i have that same PSU and i know that im running it too hard with my system below so thats why im upgrading to a true480.
 
zalman7000cnps AlCu will cool as good as the SP97 and will be nearly silent

and if you dont feel like looking for what type of fan to get and removing your motherboard to put in the backplate for the sp94, the zalman is a quick alternative.

id go with the zalman because i love those circular designed heatsinks. :D
 
Not too sure if the Zalman will or not. I know the 947U came with P4 retention clips and it dropped my processor temps between 10 and 15C and that's just with a generic 80mm until I can get a 92mm Tornado or Panaflow on it.
