so im building a desk and i want to build in a UPS witha battery that will give me roughly half an hour of time to backup my stuff before going out. the APC site has a configurator where you can enter you system specs and it says which UPCs will cover that, problem is, im going to want to plug lots of stuff into it. i will want all the equipment below to be able to plug into it (laptop, desktop, monitor, reciever,a nd a DVD player) will this:
http://www.apcc.com/resource/includ...ase_sku=SUA1500&fnl=4605,2&fnl_basket=4605,3c
be adequate?
also, i assume the APC ones act as a surge protector also, is this correct?
