I was thinking about buying a 9800 pro off of newegg.com could you tell me if the buy is worth the money or if there is a better buy for a few more dollars. This here
Could you tell me if this card or some cards that have a good overclocking reputation with in $60 higher range.

Also off subject I am curious to what are and causes artifacts, ghosting, and pipelines.
 
there is a 195 dollar 9800pro in the hotdeals section that has a really nice heatsink/fan unit.

covers the ram n all. I'd say get that just for the stock hsf.

Artifacts can be many different things. They can be blobs of color where they aren't supposed to be, lines all over the screen, or checkerboard effect with the 9800se softmod. They are usually caused by overheating.
