So, your best bet would probably be a used 9600 XT or 9500 Pro (maybe even new, if you're lucky).

i would borrow/save up like 40 more dollars and get either the 9600PRO or the 5600 8X ... those would be your best bet, the rest are garbage

I would STRONGLY suggest saving up for a different card. The 9600 LE is a really, really bad card.

That's not too far from the truth. I've survived on many a meal of Powerbars (1.00 each) vs paying 4-6.00 a meal and pocket that money to buy computer parts.
