Question on chuck patch and Oblivion

I know the new drivers have the chuck patch integrated into them. My question is, in Oblivion do you still see jaggies on objects? I enabled HDR thru the game and AA thru the Catalyst Control Panel and still notice jaggies on edges in Oblivion. Am I doing something wrong or are u still suppose to see jaggies?
