Question on an OC

Using a Intel Core 2 E6700 , ASUS P5W DH (bios 0801), and TWIN2X2048-6400C4 i have got the processor running at 333fsb at 3.4gz.

i have the memory set to run at 2.1v at 4-4-4-12 but i cannot get the memory to 800Mhz it only gives mw the option to either be at 600somin Mhz or over 800Mhz.

My question is do i pick the 600 or the one thats a little over 800. as you can tell im am still very new to this. any help is appreciated.

also my processor at 3.4 is around 42C load and the MB is showing 54C do these seem about normal?

I don't know if that board has half steps for the cpu multi, but you could always run at ddr2800 and lower your cpu multi at 8 or 8.5 which would give you 3.2 or 3.4. More fsb is always better if your cpu speed stays constant...
