Hey guys.. I'm looking at watercooling my new system. Here is what I would like to cool and how I would like to do it. I just want to know if it will be doable with my restrictions.

Case: Lian-Li V1200 no window
Motherboard: EVGA 780i (waiting in queue for upgrade)
Processor: Intel C2X QX9650
Video Card: 2x 9800GTX's (when available)

Now. My restrictions are that I do not want to hack apart the case, aside from maybe a blowhole on the top. I do not want to block any portion of the motherboard so that means most likely no 240/320 radiators on the top. I want the case to look like a stock case, it's a beautiful case.

My current thoughts are derived from another users case, Dark Prodigy. I loved his layout, very clean. He is using two Black Ice GT Stealth 120's in his build. How would those work for what I have listed above? Or perhaps I should add a third on the rear fan vent? Also, what about pumps, how much flow should I be looking to get? Keep in mind that I've only planned on CPU, GFX1, GFX2.

I don't know how much heat the 9800GTX is releasing but I bet it's a lot of heat. a couple of 120.1 radiators won't cut it for sure.

You are looking at basically a Thermochill PA120.3 to cool all and even add a 2nd 120.2 for optimal temperatures. You have a choice between cooling performance and looks because it's very hard to get both without diving into case modding.

 
If you're not planning on overclokcing, you might be able to get away with a PA120.2 (or a MCR220 if you're on a more down to earth budget) mounted amidships (standing vertically in front of the motherboard). Just don't mount a lot of 5.25" devices, and make sure all the unused slots have mesh blanking plates installed. There aren't a lot of places to put a decent sized radiator in there without cutting, and a bunch of singles sounds like a nightmare (and not nearly as good as one decent sized radiator).

It pains me to recommend buying a PA120.2 though, because it's so close in price to the PA120.3. Maybe if you could find a decent price on a used one...

How do you feel about removing the drive cages down below?
