Question about these printers

Hi there, I am wondering if 3D Printers can allow me to print phone cases with logo's and such?
Like if I wanted a picture on a phone case, I can 3D Print it with the colors and everything.

If not, is there a printer out there that would allow me to print onto phone cases?

If you're referring to photographic quality picture printing? No.

You can do designs and basic 2-4 color printing based on the printer and accessories you buy, but that's about it for consumer level printers.

Theta-based printers can do 4 color printing but I believe that's about as many colors as 1 consumer level printer on its own can do.

You can also get a mosaic manufacturing "palette+" which lets a single extruder printer use up to 4 colors.
