should i notice a quality increase with each new driver release?

if not, then what's new with all of them? They say "customizations" but that's about it. What the hell are "customizations?"

It seems like they're making a new driver every 10 days.
 
They're pretty cryptic about the "updates"... I just keep them up to date and hope things don't get foobared.
