Question about Q-Pack2 size

Does anyone know if a sapphire x1950pro pci-e will fit into a q-pack 2 without modding the case? I am building my first sff system, and budget is keeping me from getting any of the newer cards, especially since I have yet to see anything using dx10 that I actually want anything to do with.

Additionally, I am building off of a GIGABYTE GA-G33M-DS2R, and I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a HSF (was just going to use stock HSF for now, but unsure if it will actually fit, as it is fairly large.
