Question about paints

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask, but I couldn't think of one that is more appropriate.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a UV paint (or something similar) that is not electrically conductive. I need something that won't short out my mobo if I do some work to it. I've been looking now for some time, but I can't seem to find out any info. Any help would be great. Thanks.
