So i got a pair of 5.1 speakers and one of the speaker ports was broken on the back. I filled out a request form on newegg and it came back approved. Now a question that i have because ive never done this before is how does the whole shipping thing work? Do i have to pay for the shipping at the place or is it prepaid or something? Someone who has done this before can you please help me out here and give me info on shipping.
