From my understanding, the lower the ms the better. So do there happen to be any 12ms monitors that actually have nice crisp images besides Samsung 172X?

Suggestions?

The two im currently looking at are Phillips 190S5FB and SAMSUNG 710N-2-Black

Do yourself a favor and read the sticky at the top of the forum. Lower CAN be better but there are many more factors that effect the outcome of what you see.

Way too many .25 ms monitors perform equal to or better then some of the .12 ms monitors on the market.

I think after you read you will have a better understanding of all the factors.
