I'm planning on buying a new CPU cooler to replace my current one.. The one I have now is so loud it's quite annoying. I want to buy this one (Cooler Master).

I have a Intel (Monterrey) motherboard, P4 1.8-GHz. Will the Cooler Master attach to my MB?
(My Current HSF)

If anyone has a better CPU cooler thats under $20 & is quiet please post.

Just wanted to say that i have the Cooler Master Aero 4 Copper and it is amazing. Extremely quiet, unbelievable cooling. My 2.4C is running at 3266Mhz @ 28 Celsius Idle. Unreal
