I'm assuming this rule means you can't sell Replica Beats by Dre here?

8) Do not post anything that violates any US Federal, State, or Local laws, including but not limited to: copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, NDA, or EULA.
 
The question is whether or not they could reasonably be passed off as authentic. If they're branded as Beats by Dr. Dre and aren't, no they cannot be sold here. If they're branded as Beets by Dr. Phil, you're fine, provided you're honest about what they are.
