Question about fans

What would happen if you mounted 2 fans on top of each other both set for intake? Would there be any beneift, would it actually be worse? Also what do you think would happen if you mounted 1 to each end of a tube kinda like a wind tunnel.
 
I can't see any real benefit to piggybacking two fans.

True, a lot of people who watercool have two fans in a suck-in and blow-out arrangement on their heatercores (one on each side).

But the idea is interesting, and probably not too expensive to pull off. Try it yourself and let us know how it works! ;)
 
i have a 2u server case that had two 80mm's like that...i dont know if it helped but it made them LOUD
